Cancellation Policy: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We know life gets busy. If you need to change or adjust your appointment, please call and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

Late Arrivals: To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to properly prepare you for your treatment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting other clients. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment time, your session may be forfeited.

Card Surcharge: At Starlight Beauty, a surcharge of 1.6% applies to all credit and debit card transactions. This fee covers the processing costs charged by our payment providers and is in full compliance with Australian Consumer Law, reflecting the actual cost of card processing without exceeding it. To avoid this surcharge, clients are welcome to pay via bank transfer or cash.

Deals and Discounts: Exclusive offers are available for a limited time and may change without prior notice. Once a promotional period ends, there is no obligation to honour the previous pricing.

All offers are subject to availability and are valid only while supplies last or during the specified promotional timeframe.

Packages: For packages that include multiple services, all treatments must be scheduled and completed within the same session. Services cannot be divided across separate appointments. Please note that missed or cancelled services from a package session will be considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
